Via! Services
Via Services offers personal care
management, adult day care, home care, emergency
assistance and other support services. For further
details call 470-5224.
Grandfriends, adult day care program, provides daily
personal care, supervision, arts & crafts, activities
and meals. An application for admission is required.
Health clinic - offers preventive health screenings and
programs on various health/wellness topics. A library of
brochures and videotapes on health issues such as
hypertension, stroke, Alzheimer’s disease, heart
disease, exercise, safety, sleep problems, etc. are
available. A Registered Nurse is on site and available
to speak with individuals about health concerns.
Home Care – provides one hour of light housekeeping and
social support weekly for homebound older adults.
Emergency Assistance – limited funds are available for
emergency assistance with utilities, food, and rent.
A fully stocked pantry is maintained year round.
Transportation – home to Center service is available to
residents of Mobile.
